Amy Brown has been practicing Real Estate for 8 years in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally from Chelsea, Alabama, her friends and family would describe her as honest, outspoken at times, and most of all, that she doesn’t meet a stranger. Amy enjoys spending time on their boat with her husband Matt and their two boys, Maverick and Denver Riggs. They love taking day trips up to Fernandina for brunch or stopping off to play in the sand near Ft. George inlet. They also have a great love for animals, particularly German Shepherd dogs and Biewer terriers. They live on the Nassau river with their 5 dogs, 4 German shepherds and one Biewer Terrier. Amy chose the Real Estate career for the flexible work schedule it could give her so that she can have a successful career while remaining a full-time loving mother and wife.

Amy and her husband Matthew own a marine construction company called Dock Medics of Florida local to the Jacksonville area. Her connections and experience in the dock building world as driven her to focus on waterfront property. Since starting this company in 2015, their friendships have grown tremendously in the Ponte Vedra and surrounding areas. Recently they also launched a new product called Premier Remotes, also referred to as “The Boat Remote”, allowing the consumer to control their boat lift directly from an app on their phone from anywhere in the world. Amy and Matt are charter members of TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra and ambassadors at The Congaree Golf Club in Ridgeland, SC.  Coming from the medical field, Amy has plenty of experience working closely with others. First she was a Dental Assistant for 4 years and then a Paramedical Aesthetician for 8 years. Making her patients feel comfortable was always her number one priority in the medical field & that hasn’t changed with her clients in her Real Estate career.
